Owner, Sean Hickey (Doctor of Physical Therapy), developed the concept of FITT University after years of assisting individuals meet their health and recovery goals. He wanted to blend his physical therapy experience with his knowledge of personal training. Deriving 4 pillars of success to establishing and maintaining a long lasting healthier lifestyle.
Members of FITT University will be given a curriculum that aims to target their specific fitness needs. Their curriculum will be packaged by semesters (2 months). Thus allowing adequate time to develop results, and begin learning the fundamentals of long-lasting healthy habits.

All packages include an Initial Functional Assessment
Dr. Sean Hickey will evaluate, assess, and identify any limitations you currently have and assist your personal trainer with creating optimal solutions to allow you to achieve your goals.
