Wellness Packages

Wellness Packages are created to transition you from a 1:1 personal training experience to your own independent routine. You will have the option of signing up for 1-2 days per week of personal training where you and your trainer construct a plan and program for you to complete at the studio and/or at home. The plans will be altered monthly solely based on YOUR goals and your trainer will be right there with you every step of the way!
