Sean graduated with his Exercise Physiology Degree from the University of Delaware and his Doctoral degree from Northeastern University. He worked as a Clinic Director at an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic for the over 5 years specializing in sports related injuries, orthopedic pathologies and back injuries. Sean has developed a style of training that blends both his physical therapy background and functional training experience; specializing in injury prevention and individualized personal fitness programs. Sean's knowledge of the human body and experience has led him to develop FITT University.
Haley is here to share her expertise with Poway and North County San Diego. Haley is a recent graduate from San Diego State University, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. She brings experience in multiple disciplines including personal training, yoga, pilates, and small group training classes. With experience comes knowledge and that is what Haley is hoping to share with her clients. Haley excels at pushing her clients and teaching them to understand and realize their true potential. Haley is excited to motivate, teach and improve your life and wellness.
Davis joins us as one of North Counties’ most sought-after personal trainers. Davis moved down to San Diego from the Los Angeles area to continue his journey in fitness and his career in personal training and bodybuilding. Davis brings extensive experience in the field previously acting as the Personal Training Director at LA Fitness (SD and Valencia) and the Fitness Manager at Crunch/UFC Gym (Santa Clarita), and knowledge specializing in functional training, diet/nutrition, athlete/sport-specific training, and hypertrophy training. Davis’ success with training ultimately lies in his desire to teach and instruct people how to live healthier lifestyles. He has developed his own style of training through his experience that has proved to be effective, sustainable and above all fun. Some of Davis’ many accomplishments include multiple top 3 finishes in NPC events including 3rd place at the California Championships 19’ and 2nd place at Battle of the Border States 20’.
Nat comes from Northern California bringing an extensive background in many different fields of fitness including body building, power lifting, functional fitness and biomechanics along with specializing in nutrition and Intermittent fasting. Prior to moving down to the San Diego area Nat was the General manager of Sonoma Strength Academy sport complex mixing Crossfit, strength and conditioning, biomechanics, and functional fitness into one facility and creating an all-around fitness environment. Nat’s personal background in fitness is very well-rounded spending many years preparing and competing in body building and powerlifting establishing the foundation for a lifetime of good health. Through his journey and after a few injuries Nat began searching for more functional workouts and focusing on reducing injuries through better posture and biomechanical movements. Once relocating down to San Diego Nat joined LA Fitness as an Assistance General Manger and Assistant Personal Training Director. Nat is excited to bring his own unique and effective training style to FITT University improving the functionality of all FITT U clients.
